Return Policy for MOTIF Modern Living
While we hope you'll love your new furniture when it's in your home just as much as you did in the store or online, we understand that sometimes a return may be desired. Our goal is to make the returns process as stress-free as possible.
Regular-priced items may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery/pick-up if in “like new” condition and in the original packaging. MOTIF reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any merchandise that is not returned in "like new" condition.
Items marked "Clearance", "As-Is", "Final Sale" or "Floor Model" are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. If picked up at a MOTIF store location, please be sure to inspect these purchases before leaving the store.
Special Order items are Final Sale and may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
Local Delivery/Assembly fees are non-refundable. Pick-up fees will apply when requesting that MOTIF personnel pick up the merchandise being returned. Return shipping fees will apply on all returns not brought back to a MOTIF store location. Please call 1.877.MOTIF.11 to determine return shipping fees or request a return authorization. The Original and Return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Credit card refunds will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise back to MOTIF. If your purchase was paid for by check, a refund check will be mailed to you following the original check's clearance. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit which may not be refunded.
