How accurate are the colors of the products I see online?
We understand that when purchasing furniture over the Internet it is very important for the colors to be represented accurately. We go to great lengths to make sure that the images you see on the website accurately represent our products. We have a professional photographer shoot each of our items, and when available, utilize images provided by the manufacturers as well. Because the colors generated by computer monitors vary greatly, we cannot guarantee that you are seeing the product the same exact way that others do. If you are unsure about an item's color, please give us a call at 1.877.MOTIF.11.

Are your products always in stock?
Many of the products we carry are housed in our Kyle, TX distribution center. In-stock items typically ship within three business days. If any item on your MOTIF online order is not in stock at the time of order placement, you will be contacted by email or by phone so that we may discuss split shipping your order. To determine availability prior to placing your order, please call us at 1.877.MOTIF.11.

Products with a *Special Order Item* notation typically ship in 1-6 weeks depending on the manufacturer's current inventory level, production schedule and transit time. You will be contacted by a MOTIF representative with an estimated time of arrival after submitting a Special Order. Please call us at 1.877.MOTIF.11 with any questions or concerns prior to placing a Special Order.

Does your furniture require assembly?
Many of the items that we sell come completely assembled from the manufacturer. Items with a "Fully Assembled" notation may still require very basic installation of drawer pulls or knobs, legs or floor protectors, or the placement of glass tops and shelves. Items with a "Minor Assembly Required" notation will require a slightly more involved assembly process, while items displaying "Assembly Required" will typically arrive flat packed and/or require complete assembly.

How are the dimensions determined?
All dimensions represent the overall Width, Depth, Height or Diameter of each item. All dimensions have been rounded to the nearest inch. We'd be happy to measure an item for you if you're looking for a specific dimension not shown - just give us a call at 1.877.MOTIF.11.

What is a Special Order Item?
Items marked with a "Special Order Item" notation may not be available at MOTIF store locations and are typically not stocked in our distribution center. Special Order items will be ordered from the manufacturer when you place your order with MOTIF. Lead times vary from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer's inventory levels, production schedules and shipping time. Special Order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable. Special Order items may not be returned or exchanged. An associate will contact you with a more accurate estimated time of arrival after submitting an order containing a Special Order Item. Please call us at 1.877.MOTIF.11 if you have any questions.

How do I determine my shipping or delivery charge?
To determine your shipping charges simply add items to a Shopping Cart. The cart icon in the header at the top of the page will update to the number of items in your cart. Click the cart at any time to see your current total shipping cost. Shipping rates quoted are for addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only. For rates to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please call 1.877.MOTIF.11. We cap our shipping rates at $250, so you'll never pay more than that to ship a single order. If you are near a MOTIF store location, your order may be eligible for our local delivery/assembly service for a small fee. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page to determine if you are within our local area.

How will my order be delivered?
Small items will be shipped by UPS ground service. Larger items will be shipped via a freight carrier unless your delivery address is near a MOTIF store location, in which case it might be delivered by our local service. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page to see if you are within our local delivery area.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that damage is discovered during your delivery, please notify the driver and make a note of the damage on his/her paperwork. If the package is being delivered by UPS, please accept the shipment and then call MOTIF at 1.877.668.4311 so that we may further assist you. If your package is being delivered by a freight carrier please try to determine if the damage is minor, in which case the shipment should be received. If the item appears so damaged that it would not be usable and replacement parts would likely not be sufficient, please refuse the shipment and call MOTIF at 1.877.668.4311 so that we may assist you further.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we've partnered with Bongo International to fulfill our International orders. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Shipping rates quoted are for ground service within the Continental US only, but we'd be happy to get you a quote for an expedited delivery method if you need your items quicker. Please call us at 1.877.MOTIF.11 to obtain a quote. Ground delivery time frames typically range from 3 to 6 business days. Please keep in mind that 2 Day Air and Overnight delivery options are extremely expensive. Freight shipments must be driven across country and therefore are not eligible for expedited delivery.

What is your return policy?
Merchandise may be returned within 10 business days of receipt if in "like new" condition. Please see our Return Policy page for complete details.

Do you offer a discount on large purchases?
Yes! Any single order with a merchandise total of $5,000 or greater (not including local delivery/assembly services or tax) will automatically receive a 10% discount on all regularly priced items. Clearance items may be used to reach the $5,000 level, but may not be further discounted.
