Due to its overall size, weight and/or fragility, this item must ship via a freight service. Freight delivery is a “curbside” service. This means that the driver is required to remove your item(s) from the truck, but is not required to assist in moving your items any distance. Upon delivery to a residence, the driver will move your palletized items to the edge of the truck with a pallet jack, cut through the plastic strapping and shrink wrap and then hand the individual pieces to whomever is accepting the delivery. It may be necessary to have someone available to help you move your furniture inside upon arrival.
Shipping and Handling fees cover the packaging of your items for transit, the long-haul transportation and fuel costs, Residential Delivery fees (if applicable) and Liftgate services as needed. Inside Delivery fees are not included, but a quote can be obtained by calling 1.877.MOTIF.11 prior to placing your order.
