Due to its overall size, weight and/or fragility, this item must ship via a freight service. The standard freight delivery is a “curbside” service. This means that the driver is required to remove your item(s) from the truck, but is not required to assist in moving your items any distance. Upon delivery to a residence, the driver will move your palletized items to the edge of the truck with a pallet jack, cut through the plastic strapping and shrink wrap and then hand the individual pieces to whomever is accepting the delivery. It may be necessary to have someone available to help you move your furniture inside upon arrival.
Our Shipping and Handling charges include the packaging of your items for freight transit, long-haul transportation costs, Residential Delivery fees (if applicable) and Liftgate services as needed. Inside Delivery fees are not included, but a quote can be obtained by calling 1.877.MOTIF.11 prior to placing your order. We receive substantial freight discounts from volume shipping, which are passed along to our customers. However, because of our low prices, Shipping & Handling costs for heavy and bulky items can often be a large component of your order total. Rest assured that we continually negotiate with our freight carriers to provide you with the lowest rates available.

Dependiendo del tamaño, peso y fragilidad, éste artículo deberá ser enviado a través de una empresa transportista. El servicio que comúnmente ofrece un transportista es que el chofer sea el responsable de bajar el mueble del camión, pero no está obligado a moverlo a ningún otro lado. Para la entrega a una residencia, el chofer, con la ayuda de un montacargas, bajará los muebles del camión, los cuales vienen debidamente empacados y sobre una tarima. El chofer cortará la cubierta de plástico, así como las correas y posteriormente hará la entrega de cada una de las piezas individuales a la persona que esté aceptando la entrega. Se recomienda que haya alguien más disponible para ayudar a mover los muebles hacia y dentro de la casa.
Nuestros gastos de manejo y envío de su orden, incluyen el embalaje de sus artículos para su traslado, los costos de transporte para trayectos largos, tarifas de entrega residencial (si fuera aplicable) y servicios de entrega en la puerta según sea necesario. No se incluye los gastos del traslado de los muebles al interior de la casa u oficina, pero puede solicitar una cotización llamando al 1.877.MOTIF.11 antes de realizar su pedido. Recibimos descuentos por volumen de envío por parte de los transportistas, beneficios que trasladamos directamente a nuestros clientes. Sin embargo, debido a nuestros precios bajos, los costos de envío y manejo de artículos pesados y voluminosos, aparentemente pudieran representar un porcentaje importante del total de su pedido. Tenga por seguro que siempre negociamos con nuestros transportistas las mejores y más bajas tarifas para usted.

Items marked with a "Special Order Item" notation may not be available at MOTIF store locations and are typically not stocked in our distribution center. Special Order items will be ordered from the manufacturer when you place your order with MOTIF. Lead times vary from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer's inventory levels, production schedules and shipping time. Special Order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable. Special Order items may not be returned or exchanged.
